Thank you for supporting the inaugural Sunset Sessions Festival at The Cove at Clemson!! Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, and memorable lakeside experience for everyone. By purchasing a ticket and attending the festival, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following policies.

• All ticket sales are final.
• Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is canceled and cannot be rescheduled.
• Tickets may be transferred to another individual before the event.
• Each ticket is valid for one admission only.
• Printed or mobile tickets will be accepted at entry.

Sunset Sessions Festival is a rain or shine event. Should severe weather create unsafe conditions, including lightning, high winds, or other hazardous conditions, event organizers may delay, suspend, modify, relocate, or cancel portions of the festival for the safety of guests, vendors, and staff. Rain alone will not result in cancellation. Refunds will only be considered if the entire festival is canceled and cannot be rescheduled.

Performers, instructors, DJs, vendors, food trucks, activities, and event schedules are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued due to schedule or lineup changes.

Guests of all ages are welcome to enjoy Sunset Sessions Festival from 6:00 PM until 8:30 PM.

Beginning at 8:30 PM, the event transitions to an 18 and older experience as preparations begin for the Silent Disco. A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested for entry or continued participation after 8:30 PM.

Wireless silent disco headphones are not included with General Admission unless specifically stated during a promotion.

• Headphone rental is $3 per person.
• Complimentary headphone rentals may be offered through select promotions.
• Headphones remain the property of Sunset Sessions Festival.
• All headphones must be returned before leaving the event.
• Guests may be charged a replacement fee for lost, stolen, or intentionally damaged headphones.

We love pets! Well-behaved pets are welcome to attend the festival.

Please help us keep the event enjoyable for everyone by following these guidelines:

• Pets must remain on a leash at all times.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
• Aggressive or disruptive animals may be asked to leave.
• Please consider your pet’s comfort in warm weather and crowded environments.

Service animals are always welcome.

By attending Sunset Sessions Festival, you consent for your image, voice, and likeness to appear in photographs and video recordings that may be used by Sunset Sessions Festival, Generational Disco LLC, and Smokehowl Productions for future marketing, advertising, websites, social media, and promotional materials without compensation.

We want everyone to have a great experience.

Guests may be removed from the festival without refund for:

• Fighting or threatening behavior
• Harassment of guests, vendors, performers, or staff
• Excessive intoxication
• Illegal activity
• Damage to festival or venue property
• Failure to follow directions from festival staff, volunteers, security personnel, or venue management

Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and consumed in accordance with South Carolina law and The Cove at Clemson’s policies. Please drink responsibly.

Attendance at Sunset Sessions Festival is voluntary.

Guests assume all risks associated with attending an outdoor festival, including changing weather conditions, uneven walking surfaces, and participation in festival activities.

Sunset Sessions Festival, Generational Disco LLC, Smokehowl Productions, The Cove at Clemson, event sponsors, food vendors, volunteers, performers, and partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or for injuries except as required by applicable law.

Please follow all posted parking signs and directions from event staff.

Guests arriving by boat are responsible for following all applicable Lake Hartwell boating regulations. Never operate a vehicle or boat while impaired.

Items turned in during the festival may be claimed at the festival information booth during the event. After the festival, please contact The Cove at Clemson regarding lost property.

Sunset Sessions Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or inconsistent with creating a positive experience for attendees, vendors, performers, and staff.
